Clarity Sessions are simply the best at clearing up confusion, pain, and uncertainty while making room for emotional balance, clarity and lightness to enter your life. This is a single, intuitively guided private session that focuses on one or two main issues. It is a fantastic place to deconstruct significant life events and move into transformative clarifying energy. A Clarity Session always leads to new insight helping you to feel more like yourself again with a clear path.

What to expect: I will ask you for some information: your name, birthdate, reason and focus for your visit. Before the session ever begins, I take time to intuitively connect and track your emotional and energetic body, which gives me important information around your topic. The session is completely centered on you and often feels like a conversation with a long time friend that leads to profound incites and healing. I work with you and guide the release of outdated bundles of stuck energy, whether they are old core beliefs about yourself or past memories that are ready to be let go of, freeing up more room for us to create some new possiblities in your life.

Once we have connected with a Clarity Session, you may feel complete or as your next step, you may want to continue working together with a package. I offer a package that is a mix of clarity coaching, reiki energy healing and‍ shamanic energy medicine . The blend of the three is organically guided into each of our sessions together, no two sessions will be the same. And yet, each session has a focused container which supports your highest healing and the package as a whole. The tools I use in the package to release sticky, blocked, stuck energy to turn into inspiration, clarity and well- being:

This is an initial starting package for working with your beautiful inner being and beginning the journey to owning your true depth of purpose. I do not require a full payment upfront to show your commitment to the work. I honor that choosing to begin any type of healing and coaching requires a leap of faith, dedication, and trusted commitment.

what is a Shamanic Energy medicine SESSION…

As we work throughout the package of six, one of the sessions will be completely focused on energetic clearing using both shamanic and reiki energy techniques. If you haven’t ever received energy work before, it is deeply relaxing and clearing for the body, mind and spirit. I have found that it is the “magic” piece to my work. The nervous system often needs a quiet and gentle touch to release its holding of outdated patterns and constriction, so that a container of expansiveness can be opened for new ideas to easily flow.

Why shamanic energy medicine? The body holds many memories and imprinted patterns within itself. Imagine a stored catalogue of emotional and mental belief systems that are housed within your brain and body. This same catalogue of imprints has its root and starting point within your chakra energy system, which consists of your chakras and luminous energy field. The starting place for all mental, emotional and physical healing begins here with clearing outdated patterns, beliefs, and wounding while opening, illuminating, and harmonizing the chakra system to move into better health and life. Relaxing while you rebalance and heal is the most enjoyable way to step into wellness.

The Shamanic Techniques:

• Illumination: this process is focused on clearing the imbalance of what is causing you physical or emotional pain. The imbalance is tracked, cleared, and illuminated within the energy body bringing a renewed sense of peace and further incites around moving forward with more ease.

• Extraction: this process is helpful for releasing and clearing bundles of energy that have gotten trapped within the body sometimes from out-dated belief systems, negative self-talk, or past lives that still hold a charge in the body.

• De-Coupling: this process is specific to regulating the nervous system from a fight/flight/freeze response. It is helpful post-Illumination session to give additional support for the nervous system to retain and integrate the new clearing.

• Soul Part Retrieval: this process is an invitiation to unite lost or disowned parts of ourselves due to trauma back into wholeness. The shaman journeys on behalf of the client to recover the healthy soul part, a treasure, and a guiding spirit animal, which help to bring harmony and balance to the client.
